After a day of mobilization of "yellow vests" marked by violence, a few small gatherings took place again in Paris and the region Sunday on the occasion of the first anniversary of the movement. No clashes or ransackings, but still to report in the capital, a brief intrusion of "yellow vests" in the department store Galeries Lafayette, located on the boulevard Haussmann.

A temple of consumption, here, to use their own words, what "yellow vests" meant. A few dozen of them introduced themselves at the half-day Galeries Lafayette almost adorned for Christmas to celebrate this first anniversary.

Fluorescent chasuble on the back, they launched confetti, brandished slogans, singing songs among customers. Protesters were quickly evacuated. The Parisian store then closed, well before the scheduled time.

Note, far from Paris, in the small Savoyard town of Le-Pont-de-Beauvoisin, about sixty people paid tribute in the morning to Chantal Mazet, yellow vest died a year ago on the first day of the mobilizations; she had been hit by a car on a roundabout held by the demonstrators.
