Germany and the Netherlands will be at the rendezvous of the Euro-2020: Joachim Löw's men won Saturday their ticket against Belarus (4-0), while the draw of "Oranje" against the Northern Irish (0-0) was enough to secure their place.

With 18 points, the Germans are now certain to get at least one of the two qualifying places for the continental competition, which will take place from 12 June in 12 European cities.

If the goals of Ginter (41st), Goretzka (49th) and Kroos (55th, 83rd) were decisive in the match against the Belarussians, the Mannschaft must also partly qualify for a draw between the Netherlands and Northern Ireland (0-0). The Germans had to do better than the Irish to seal their qualification.

For their part, the "Orange" will also be at the Euro, their first major competition since 2014, after completing the minimum service Saturday. Despite several big fears against offensive North-Irish, the Netherlands nevertheless managed to catch the qualifying point they missed, securing their second place, with 16 points.

They can no longer be supplanted by their pursuers, regardless of their respective results Tuesday on the last day of qualifying.

Austria can already blow. By overtaking Northern Macedonia (2-1), it added its name to the list of nations qualified for the Euro, can no longer be caught by the Slovenians, relegated to 5 lengths behind. Currently in 2nd place in Group G, three points behind Israel's Poland winner (2-1) on Saturday, the Austrians can still hope to clinch first place if they win in Latvia on Tuesday.

Finally, the Croats will also be there in June. Scoring two goals in less than 5 minutes to pick up the score before driving home a quarter of an hour later, they won (3-1) Saturday against Slovakia, winning at the same time their ticket to Euro-2020. With 5 points ahead of their first pursuers, vice-world champions are even assured to finish the qualifying phase at the top of group E.

In the clash of Group I, it was Belgium that beat Russia (4-1). These two countries being already qualified, the only stake of the part was the attribution of the first place of the group, which thus returns to the Belgians.

With the new qualifications of the evening, 16 countries are now sure to be present at the Euro-2020. On Friday, Finland and Sweden won their opening game, joining England, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia, Sweden, Turkey and Ukraine on the starting line.

All ready to succeed Portugal, winner in 2016 against France in the final but not yet qualified for the 2020 edition.
