It was at 09:38 on Friday that SOS received the traffic accident alert. According to police, the car drove down a ditch and into a tree. The driver was taken to hospital, but her life could not be saved.
It is unclear what caused the accident, but the police have started an investigation.
"Relatives have been informed, but we will not go into any details about the accident," said Rickard Lundqvist, press officer at the police.
