November 13, 2019The sentence to six years of imprisonment for Roberto Spada is to be confirmed, accused of injuries aggravated by the mafia method, for having attacked, on November 7, 2017, a crew of the Nemo broadcast in Ostia (journalist Daniele Piervincenzi was hit with a header).This was asked by the Pd of the Cassation, Pasquale Fimiani, pointing out that it was a Mafia method with the "indicators" of intimidation, so much so that none of those present intervened to rescue the victims.
