On November 7, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas emphasized that all parties are actively working to create conditions for organizing a meeting of the “Norman Four”.

The head of the Center for Geopolitical Research at the Institute for Innovative Development, Dmitry Rodionov, in an interview with the FBA “Economics Today” called Moscow’s logical position the senseless meeting in the Norman format only for the sake of the meeting, without Ukraine fulfilling its basic obligations.
