The Investigative Committee said that a former judge of the Korkinsky city court of the Chelyabinsk region, Sergei Yugov, was put on the wanted list in a criminal case of pedophilia.

It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the department.

“The whereabouts of the suspect Yugov is unknown, in connection with which he was put on the wanted list,” the statement said.

As the agency clarifies, the investigation suggests that in 2009-2015 Yugov corrupted two little girls, and also involved one of them "in the commission of antisocial actions."

Earlier, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin opened a criminal case against the judge of the Anapsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory Vladimir Starodubtsev. He is suspected of attempted fraud on a particularly large scale.

In September, it was reported that in Krasnodar, the former judge was sentenced to two years in prison for attempted fraud.

Along with this, in April it became known that a criminal case was brought against the judge of the Novo-Savinovsky District Court of Kazan Marina Firsova on suspicion of mediation of bribery. In the same month, a criminal case was opened against Elena Anzhukaeva, a judge of the Kalmykia arbitration court, who was suspected of fraud.
