The robbers had been playing at a wedding party in Norrköping on Easter Eve. For the gig they were paid in cash. After the engagement, they drove south on the E4. Some miles down the road they are hit by a car and another car locks them in and blocks the escape route.

An unmasked man threatened the plaintiffs with a gun, or gun-like object. One or more others threatened the robber with baseball. The robbery exchange was about SEK 45,000 and some mobile phones.

Lost masking

The robbers' vehicles had masked registration plates, but when they leave, the masking falls off from one of them. They robbed the alarmed police and were then able to provide the registration number.

During the investigation, the police have obtained telephone lists from base stations near the crime scene. This, as well as testimony, mean that the district court sentenced the 21-year-old to one year and six months in prison. The 18-year-old, on the other hand, is acquitted with reference to the absence of witnesses or other designations.
