Saudi Deputy Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz met on Monday with Omani minister in charge of defense affairs Badr bin Saud bin Hareb al-Busaidi, the official SPA news agency reported.
The meeting also discussed boosting bilateral relations and joint efforts to safeguard the security of the region.
He also discussed strengthening joint efforts to combat extremism and terrorism, ways to strengthen military cooperation between the two countries and regional and international developments.
