The Fujairah Misdemeanor Court heard an Arab case, accused of stealing movables that his friend asked him to deliver to his family in his hometown.
Asked by the court panel about the charge against him, he said: “The victim is my friend and my nationality. He asked me to transfer a group of movables to his family. "When I was arrested - with this false accusation."
The defendant asked the court for more than 10 days to be able to bring documents proving his innocence of the charge against him.
The court adjourned the verdict, to complete the necessary procedures.
