The Central Electoral Board has decided on Friday to communicate to Vox that it cannot prevent journalists from accessing acts of an electoral nature that they do in public spaces, sources of this organization have informed Efe.
The Board has estimated at its meeting this Friday two resources from El País and the Ser chain , as well as another from the Platform in Defense of Freedom of Information .
Vox decided a few days ago to ban journalists from the two media cited following an editorial published in the first one.
The Board, considering these claims, considers freedom of information and informative pluralism to prevail, and therefore, transfers to Vox the decision in which it communicates that it cannot prevent journalists from attending their electoral acts.
