Several people called and alerted the police about an explosion in Hässleholm at 22 o'clock on Wednesday evening. When police arrived at the scene, it was found that something had exploded.
- It is too early to say what it is that has exploded. The site is blocked off and the bomb protection is contacted, says Rickard Lundqvist, police spokesman Rickard Lundqvist.
People in the building have been ordered to stay indoors. The National Bomb Guard has studied images from the site and is now on its way there.
- No person is physically injured, says Rickard Lundqvist.
