According to RIA Novosti, Peskov called this gesture a "wonderfully formulated recommendation."

On October 31, the director of the Curonian Spit Kaliningrad park told informally during his informal meeting with Putin about plans to build a 41 km long bike path.

In turn, the Russian leader redirected this question to the head of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov. The governor noted that this park is national.

The director of the park said that the cost of the project to build a bike path is estimated at 451 million rubles, for which Putin jokingly showed him a fist.

The Russian leader explained this gesture by the fact that many requests start with some amounts - and end with others.
