In the central state archive of historical-political documentation in St. Petersburg the personal file of Vladimir Putin was exposed at the time of his service in the KGB. The document states that Comrade Putin had enrolled in the section of the Communist Youth at the KGB headquarters in St. Petersburg in 1975, at the age of twenty-three. Its peculiarity?
