Within the framework of the agreement reached with the Russian Federation in Sochi on October 22, 2019; the negotiations held between November 1-2 with the second Russian Military Delegation, which came to Ankara to discuss the tactical and technical issues, have been completed.

It is noted that the negotiations took place from November 1 to 2 as part of the Russian-Turkish memorandum and were devoted to "tactical and technical issues" in Syria.

Earlier it became known that the military of Russia and Turkey began joint patrols in northern Syria.

It was reported that the patrol will go west along the Syrian-Turkish border.

On October 22, Russian and Turkish leaders Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan reached an agreement to bring the Syrian military and Russian military police into the area outside the Turkish military operation "Source of Peace" in Syria.

Later it became known that Russia has fully implemented the measures that the memorandum of October 22 provides.
