On November 2, an unknown opened fire on two men in the west of Moscow. The incident occurred on the street of Academician Anokhin.

Later it became known that one of the victims was the head of the center for countering extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia Ibrahim Eldzharkiev.
