His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, has approved the Emirate's Emiratisation Plan, which aims to resettle 100% of administrative and executive positions in support services.

His Highness said that the Ajman government attaches great importance to Emiratisation, stressing that the coordination of efforts between all sectors can achieve a qualitative leap and apply Emiratization indicators in the emirate, and promote and develop human resources and attention to national cadres, which is one of the most important strategic axes in the vision of Ajman 2021.

The implementation of this plan comes within the framework of the strategic objectives of the UAE in raising Emiratisation rates in all fields, and pursuant to the Emiratization file, which comes at the top of the government's priorities.

His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman directed the government authorities in the emirate to accelerate the implementation of the Emiratization plan, and unify efforts to invest national talents and develop human capital, and promote its role under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman.

His Highness stressed the need to work on the Emiratization of leadership and supervisory positions and raise the percentage of Emiratization of administrative and executive positions in support services by 100% during 2020, including secretarial functions, customer service, reception, public relations, events, accounting, financial collection and executive functions in human resources, calling on the government to prepare a plan Over the next three years, 48 ​​jobs will be localized in the Ajman government until the end of 2019.

He stressed that the issue of Emiratisation and the development of human capital and attention to the citizen element of the most important government orientations that will be worked on during the next phase in the framework of integrated transparency, appreciating the role of cadres and their ability to fulfill all responsibilities and achieve sustainable development in the country.

He listened to a detailed explanation of the Emiratisation plans and initiatives in the Emirate of Ajman from the Director General of Human Resources Department Rashid Abdul Rahman bin Jubran Al Suwaidi, who reviewed the most important plans and recommendations in support of Emiratisation policies and procedures followed in the Department, to translate the directives of the Government of Ajman.
