01 November 201914.42 The president of the National Association of victims of the Moroccans has found an exceptional document, in the French State Archive, which sheds new light on the crimes of the French colonial army against the Italian population, in 1944. It is a memorandum, signed by General Alphonse Juin, in 1944, which speaks of many reports of "acts of brigandage, robbery and rat" against the Italians and identifies their motivation "in their sentiments towards a nation that hatefully betrayed France"
