- The houses can be saved. None of the houses are so damaged that it has to be demolished, says Fredrik Törnqvist, CEO of Stångåstaden.

Does not affect rent

Thus, the houses do not need to be demolished despite major damage, among other things, an elevator has been upset in its location in the elevator shaft.

Beyond that, much remains to be done, for example, with water damage and damaged white goods. New facades need to be built on the house closest to the detonation site.
