Contested election results in Bolivia

With over 95 percent passed in the first count after Bolivia's presidential election, incumbent President Evo Morales gets 46.86 percent while challenger Carlos Mesa gets 36.72, writes El Deber.

To win, more than 50 percent is required, or at least 40 if it is a ten percentage point margin to second. Otherwise, it will be a second round.

Mesa says he does not recognize the result after the first so-called quick break and accuses the government of cheating.
