Michail Svetov, the leader of the Libetarians, travels around Russia and meets regime critics. Often it is the young people who come to the meetings. At the same time, he feels that he is constantly being opposed from the state.

- They mess with the meetings, try to close the premises, and document everything. In every city there is a guy with camera. He films, says nothing, and goes, says Svetov.
