In addition, Zarif held telephone conversations with the Foreign Ministers of Syria and Iraq, Walid Muallom and Muhammad al-Hakim.
Earlier, Zarif and his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, expressed their willingness to facilitate a dialogue between Ankara and Damascus.
