October 18, 2019The Court of Appeal of Bologna acquitted the police sergeant Luca Sarti of the accusation of sexual violence against a twenty-year-old woman, because "the fact does not exist".In the first instance, in 2017, the man from the Arma was sentenced to 6 and a half years in prison.
The incident dates back to 2012, in Modena, when the girl denounced the carabiniere, who is now 44 years old, reporting that she was taken to the bathroom of a nightclub and forced to have sexual intercourse.
