As the diplomat noted, Russia has repeatedly pointed out that "there are a lot of such statements and how much they contribute to the movement towards consolidation, and not only of society, but also of the country based on Minsk, nobody knows."

“In our opinion, such statements hit the primary goal, namely the implementation of the Minsk agreements and the approach to the formation of a new, renewed atmosphere of trust between people who live in Ukraine, in different regions, have different views on the future of Ukrainian society,” - stressed Zakharova.

According to her, in this case "you need to rely on a consolidated position, which is voiced at the appropriate levels."

On October 15, Daria Olifer, a spokeswoman for the Kiev representative at the talks, Leonid Kuchma, said that Ukraine was ready to fulfill the political part of the Minsk agreements only after the dissolution of the DPR and LPR, as well as the withdrawal of forces in the Donbass.
