“There are many aspects: one of them is the technical implementation. The device must somehow measure its own speed - the speed of the car. This can be done in two ways: if you measure via satellite and GPS - the accuracy is lower, or measure the speed relative to the road - then the accuracy will be higher. The question is how this will be implemented, ”Kadakov noted.

He also explained that drivers at the sight of a traffic police patrol car that will record the speed will immediately drive carefully and it will be difficult to catch the intruder.

Earlier, the head of the traffic police Mikhail Chernikov at the exhibition “Road-2019” in Yekaterinburg presented the new automatic devices “Cordon.Pro-M”, which may appear instead of camera tripods.

These complexes of automatic photo and video recording will be the first Russian devices that allow you to record speeding from the side of a moving car.
