The Kremlin representative also added that it is not yet clear whether this means a departure from the Minsk agreements, the Minsk action plan, earlier commitments and previously signed signatures.
Earlier, Daria Olifer, spokeswoman for the representative of Ukraine in the tripartite contact group Leonid Kuchma, announced her intention to Kiev to implement the political part of the Minsk agreements only after the dissolution of the DPR and LPR, as well as the withdrawal of forces in the Donbass.
