International coalition forces leave the Syrian cities of Raqqa and Tabka

The representative of the coalition, Colonel Miles Caggins, announced this on his Twitter page.

“Coalition forces continue the carefully planned withdrawal of troops from northeastern Syria. On October 16, we left the Lafarge cement plant, Raqqu and Tabka, ”he wrote.

Earlier, the Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Vasily Nebenzya called Turkey’s operation in the SAR a consequence of the actions of the international coalition.

On October 9, Turkey launched the “Source of Peace” military operation in northeast Syria. On the same day, the Turkish army launched the ground part of the military operation.
