Today, the building was inaugurated by 182 rental properties and 43 condominiums in Linköping. It is an area just next to the center of Berga, which now gets new apartment buildings for the municipality still needs new housing.

A report, which was published in June, from the County Administrative Board in Östergötland shows that all municipalities in the county have housing deficits. In the forecast for what it looks like in 2022, only Mjölby, Söderköping and Ydre have a housing market in balance. The rest of the municipalities are still believed to have a deficit.

At the same time, the Construction Industry's national economic report from April this year shows that construction is declining. However, this is not at all true for Östergötland. In Norrköping, construction in the inner harbor contributes to better numbers. Eventually, the Ostlänk will also keep up the figures.
