According to her, the question was also raised about the return of "Ukrainian state and private property, including the restoration of tax payments to the Ukrainian state budget."

Earlier, Olifer also announced Kiev’s readiness to implement the political part of the Minsk agreements only after the dissolution of the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR and the withdrawal of forces in the Donbass.

In February 2017, the LPR Council of Ministers decided to make the Russian ruble the official currency in the republic.
