Ukraine has qualified for the Euro-2020, which will be held from 12 June to 12 July in 12 countries, after its victory against Portugal (2-1) on Monday in Kiev, marked by the 700th goal of the career of Cristiano Ronaldo.

In 2016, Ukraine had played the Euro in France, won by Portugal, but failed to pass the first round. Reducing the penalty score (72), the five-time Golden Ball Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 95th international goal, bringing the 34-year-old striker closer to Iran's Ali Daei's 109-goal record. He scored his 700th goal in all competitions.
