SK opened a case after the death of five people in a fire in Buryatia

“A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“causing death by negligence to two or more persons”), ”the statement said.

“After midnight, a fire started in the apartment. The hearth was in the hallway, where an electrical outlet was located, to which, presumably, an oil heater was connected. The heater and fragments of the electrical wiring were seized to conduct the relevant examinations and establish the exact cause of the fire, ”the SC said.

Earlier it was reported that in Buryatia, five people were killed in a fire in a residential building, including two children.
