The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has recently launched Robotech Human Resources, the first intelligent HR officer working in a government department, to perform 15 important operations, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As part of the Authority's smart transformation and cost-saving initiatives, Robotech provides human resources worth AED 994,000 annually.

In adopting the launch of Robotech, Humaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Director General of Dubai Health Authority, said that the Authority is expanding the use of technologies in a fast and high level in its hospitals, centers and clinic, to provide a healthy atmosphere and hospitalization distinctive, while working to automate the work systems and simplify Procedures and disposal of paper transactions through digital technology, within the direction of the Government of Dubai.

He said that the idea of ​​employing «Robotik» in the completion of administrative processes of human resources, will raise the rates of satisfaction and happiness of employees, facilitating everything related to their transactions, and simplify the procedures that concern their lives, stressing that the Authority is always keen to create a comfortable working environment and environment stimulating creativity and innovation In particular, it is full of employees in various sectors and departments characterized by positive cards, and perform their work with sincerity and dedication, in order to serve the community.

Amna Al Suwaidi, Director of Human Resources Department at Dubai Health Authority (DHA), said that Robotech is a high-quality human resource, conducting 15 vital and vital operations involving more than 13,000 employees in all sectors, departments and facilities of the Medical Authority.
