Brussels (AFP) The Belgian cartoonist Philippe Vandevelde, known as Tome, is dead. The co-inventor of the comic series "The little Spirou" died on Saturday at the age of 62 years, as the Belgian comic book publisher Dupuis announced. The message "make us all sad and stunned," said the publisher.
