Albert Rivera starts the pre-campaign with a new twist. The president of Citizens has called on the PSOE to "rectify", to "return to constitutionalism" and to sit down with Cs after the November 10 elections to get out of the blockade.

In an act in Madrid, this Saturday, before leaders and militants of the orange formation, Rivera has addressed the PSOE to urge him to "sit with us to lead or support these reforms, depending on what the Spaniards vote."

The leader of Citizens wants to propose to the PP and the PSOE "a great national agreement" on pensions, economic policy, health and education shielding and in defense of the unity of Spain. With these wicks, from the Government or from the opposition, Rivera has pledged to facilitate a government and that the next legislature will start after the 10-N elections.

After almost six months of blockade and veto of Cs to the PSOE, Rivera has opened for the first time to agree with the Socialists "to find what unites us and not what separates us" and to negotiate "10 great State agreements" that last more than one legislature.

The president of Cs has relocated to the right of the political board, by placing the PP as its preferred partner. But for the first time he stressed the need for the three constitutional parties to agree that there will be a government after 10-N.
