The document provides for changes to the Housing Code in terms of the grounds, procedure and criteria for recognizing an apartment building as emergency.
In addition, it establishes a special procedure for determining compensation for seized residential premises in apartment buildings recognized as emergency.
It also establishes the right of regional authorities to establish additional support measures for apartment owners when relocating from emergency housing.
The project was developed in accordance with the instructions of President Vladimir Putin.
