Lavrov declared the absence of "plan B" under the Minsk agreements

The minister clarified that the first edition of the documents envisaged first introducing a law on the special status of Donbass and fixing it in the constitution, and then holding elections.

Earlier, Lavrov discussed on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky the situation in the Donbass.
