The Social Security deficit will reach 5.4 billion euros this year and 5.1 billion next year, according to the almost final figures of the draft budget 2020 that the government must unveil on Monday and which AFP is aware .
The Ministries of Health and Public Accounts, which predicted just a year ago a slight budget surplus for 2019, now refer to 2023 for the return to equilibrium.
