“The ban applies to smoking on balconies,” the agency’s official said.
Earlier, the Russian government approved a ban on the use of open fire on the balconies of apartments, hotels and hostels.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations specified that it would be forbidden to grill kebabs on balconies, light candles and smoke.
