The crime victims had traveled from Stockholm to Norrköping on April 14, 2018 to look at a drum set that the 19-year-old might want to buy. They had arranged a meeting with the seller in the district of Klockaretorpet.

Death threats

The 19-year-old has told the district court that the seller asked them to come with a piece to look at the drums. They decided instead to leave. Then he pulled the driver's door open and pushed his father's head down to the steering wheel, while pointing a gun at his neck.

The 20-year-old threatened to shoot unless he got money. The 19-year-old then swished over SEK 8,500 to him. The convict ended the act of threatening the father and son to life if they went to the police. He then disappeared into a forest edge.

"Raw"

The district court assesses the victim's story as credible and the proven transfer of the money, as well as additional finds in the sentenced person's home, mean that he is sentenced to two years in prison. The court describes the crime as "ruthless and extremely crude".

However, they do not judge the robbery as gross. The sentence is four years, but given that he was sentenced to 18 years at the time of the crime, he is sentenced to two years in prison.

The convicted person denies the crime.
