The result for the year still shows a sharp oblique distribution in the boardrooms of the largest companies in Östergötland. 22 percent of the board members in Östergötland are women, which is certainly better than last year's 16 percent. 2017 was 21 per cent.

11 percent of the companies have a female CEO.

- An interesting insight is that in the companies where a woman is the CEO, it is generally more equal on the board, 38 per cent women. In the companies with a man as CEO, the figure is only 20 percent, says Jonna Hedlund, project manager for 100 list, in a press release.
