The Libyan government of al-Wefaq announced today its advance to the missile camp in al-Khleh axis south of the capital Tripoli, after clashes of various types with the forces of retired Major General Khalifa Hifter.

The troops said in a brief statement that they had also reinforced their positions in the Yarmouk camp, advancing to new positions, after clashes that lasted until the early morning hours.

Hifter's forces tried yesterday to advance from the two axes of Al-Khalah and Al-Yarmouk south of the capital using heavy artillery, and under the air cover of UAE drones and warplanes.

Clashes also erupted between the two sides south of Tripoli after Hifter's forces tried to advance towards the Aziziyah area from the well-connected area. The clashes spread to the areas of al-Sabiah and the Thursday market, where al-Wefaq forces were able to consolidate their positions in the al-Sabiah axis and captured some Hifter fighters.

Foreign Aviation
These developments come after the Supreme Council of State in Libya renewed its accusations to Hifter forces of using mercenaries and foreign aviation.

The council announced that it had "confirmed" information that the attack carried out by Hifter's forces on Saturday south of the capital was supported by mercenaries and supported by foreign aviation, calling for a "strong and deterrent attitude towards the blatant interventions of the countries involved in the bloodshed of the Libyans."

Meanwhile, Operation Accident Volcano of the Al-Wefaq Government announced that family members were seriously injured by the bombing of the UAE Air Force in support of the rebel war criminal Hifter on residential buildings in the project area of the capital.

The Western Region Operations Room, which is affiliated with Hifter's forces, acknowledged the attack, but said in a statement that the air force had carried out intensive raids on "the concentrations of armed groups in the plateau project, the airport road and the vinegar."
