Strasbourg (AP) - The EU Parliament pleads for a further delay of Brexit to avert a chaotic break in late October. MEPs voted in Strasbourg by a large majority. European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker officially spoke for the first time of new "negotiations" with Great Britain. There are no signs of an early compromise with London. "The risk of a no-deal remains very real," said Juncker.
