The Sharjah misdemeanor court has tried the case of an Asian national accused of stealing money and checks written from a vehicle worth 28,000 dirhams.

Details of the incident was due to the receipt of a report to the police on 14 May, stealing a vehicle in the sixth industrial zone, and immediately moved the security teams to the scene of the incident, where it was found that the defendant managed to steal 8,000 dirhams and checks worth 20,000 dirhams, and fingerprints and investigations have been reached The accused and seized and referred to the prosecution.

The court confronted the defendant with the charges against him.He denied them.He said that the case was malicious.The complainant and the witness are brothers, and he works with them in the same company.He also denied the statement of the evidence, pointing out that the complainant filed the case against him so as to harm him.

In turn, the court postponed the case until the first of October next, to declare the complainant and the witness, to hear their statements and confront them with the accused.
