This came in a speech delivered on behalf of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Center for Arabic Language Education in the Gulf during the conference held in cooperation with the Arabic Language Academy in Sharjah in the Mauritanian capital of Nouakchott from 5-7 September.
