This is an incorrect approach,” he said. “The channels through which a citizen can submit his observations, suggestions and complaints through a system of complaints and suggestions are adopted. He stressed that resorting to account holders of «Social Media», as a reference to receive comments, requests and complaints of dealers, confusion and confusion in the community, because the account holder transmits the problem unilaterally without hearing the response of the concerned party, and often speaks incorrect words , Without evidence.

He pointed out that «any human action is prone to something wrong, but our role to address this error and default through official channels, not through (Social Media)», stressing that the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation received many observations directly through official channels, And managed to address them.

According to Gargash, the board of directors of Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment has the right to exempt housing applications from certain conditions, explaining that housing applications are different from each other, depending on the area of ​​buildings, the number of families and heirs, the number of wives of the deceased, and the existence of satisfactory conditions in families. Any person who is committed to repaying the loan can suddenly be exposed to one of these circumstances, give birth to a child in a satisfactory condition, and the home in which the family resides is dangerous or has no role in receiving a grant. Or a housing loan, so the whole law provides for exceptions.

He pointed out that there are cases where there are exceptions to the institution, including the presence of children of parents in the family, and the head of a family with two children, one is diabetic, and the other is the owners of the parents, and this costs the family additional expenses to provide a room for the sick child or the use of equipment The Foundation considers such cases and visits them in the field, and then submits them to the Executive Committee, which is entrusted with further study on requests for exemption and decision-making, which consists of four members of the Board of Directors, headed by one of them. , Including pain The decisions of this committee shall be unanimous, not by majority, and all decisions of the executive committee shall be approved by the board of directors of the institution before they come into force.
