It is noted that this decision was made in connection with the entry into force of Directive (EU) 2019/523.

“Within the framework of the directive, from September 1, 2019, all countries that are not members of the European Union are obliged to officially declare that there are no cases of identification of certain quarantine organisms in them,” the UPRA reported.
