According to him, the bodies of four dead were raised from the water to the surface, another four bodies "are at the bottom of the ocean."
It is also reported that five members of the crew after the emergency were rescued.
The US Coast Guard said that there were 39 people on board. Local authorities fear that at least 33 people have died. Search and rescue operation is ongoing.
Coast Guard Mark Barney said the cause of the emergency has not yet been established.
