03 September 20193.07 At least 8 victims of the fire that developed yesterday before dawn aboard a dive boat off the coast of Santa Cruz, California. The flames broke out around 3:30 am. The authorities believe that on board there were at least 39 people and only 5 of the 6 crew members who were awake at that hour managed to save themselves by jumping into the water.
