Abu Dhabi General Services Company (MASANADA) has announced that it has completed all the work of the internal roads and infrastructure project for East 25 in Abu Dhabi (Al Nahyan Camp) Phase II, pointing out that the project was implemented in cooperation with the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, at a total cost of AED 163.4 million .

The project is located east of Abu Dhabi Island, at the northern end between Al Saada Street and Delma Street, on an area of ​​630 thousand square meters, where Sheikh Zayed Road will be connected with the road leading to the College of Staff, in addition to linking Sheikh Zayed Road with Al Muroor Road by a double road, passing through the Academy. Globe, to facilitate traffic.

Musanada implemented the project as part of its keenness to embody the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, to provide a high quality infrastructure that meets the needs of the individual and society, in line with the best international standards, and aims to raise the standard of life, and consolidate the pillars of sustainable development. The project received the attention and attention of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The project included the implementation of all infrastructure works such as electricity, water, sanitation and communications, paving roads, irrigation network and street lighting, to serve the needs of the population, which will serve a large segment of citizens and residents in the area «East 25».

The project serves 176 residential land plots, three mosques, a school, four gardens, two commercial centers, a social center, five parking lots, an institute, a military site, a government building, seven power stations, a telecommunications tower and a recreation club. The works of the internal roads and infrastructure of East 25 included the construction and construction of an 8.5-kilometer drinking water network, 75 fire nozzles, a 6.5-kilometer sewage network, an 11.1-kilometer rainwater drainage network and an 11.5-kilometer internal road network. The street lighting system, which included 352 lighting poles, along with the construction of two medium and low voltage electricity networks, a major irrigation system with a length of 7.1 km, a sub-irrigation network of 28.05 km, as well as a communications network.
