The child was missing for several hours and has now been reunited with his guardian, police say.
There was a guard in central Stockholm who controlled a man who was a child together. It turned out that they did not know each other.
The man has been arrested on suspicion of human trafficking. The alarm came just before 5pm on Saturday.
