The rape should have taken place inside the department store in September last year. According to the indictment, the man must have had oral and vaginal intercourse with the defendant who was 13 years old at the time.
In addition to this, the man is also charged with two cases of unlawful driving and illegal threats. The 17-year-old must have threatened a peer by sending a violent movie clip to him and insinuated to want to do the same to the man.
The suspected man acknowledges the illegal driving but denies the allegations of rape and illegal threats.
